For many years we have been in charge of business optimization and systematization of our clients' companies: tuning up different job positions and departments, implementing KPIs and performance management systems, setting up ERP processes, client management schemes, business processes management and reporting systems.

That’s why very often we have been a link between our clients and companies that implemented different IT products for them. In such cases we have helped to automate our instruments, methods and tools and to implement those to people everyday work.
